Andaman Islands Sea Rally Adventure Package

The Andaman Islands are an enchanting group of 572 islands located in the Bay of Bengal. Only 36 of these islands are inhabited. The rest These mainly limestone islands divide the Bay of Bengal from the Andaman Sea. These tropical islands are covered in lush jungle. The Indian government, to whom these islands belong, have set up 96 sanctuaries and nine National Parks. This is one of the most well-perserved eco systems in the world.

Adventure awaits

Wild elephants still roam the islands. Deer frolick in the jungle. Saltwater crocodiles live in the many estuaries. Manta Rays, sharks, dolphins, big game fish, turtles, lobster and plenty of exotic fish swim the crytal-clear waters. Holy cows frequently stroll nonchalantly on the beaches.

Join us as we sail from Phuket to join the annual Andaman Sea Rally. Besides racing on our luxurious 50 foot catamarans, you’ll go kayaking, snorkeling, beach combing. We’ll explore the charming towns and unique villages of the region.

The weather is perfect in January, with sunny days and calm nights. Our catamarans have three well-ventilated double births and a very spacious deck.

Catamaran Sailing

Cameleon, our 48 foot catamaran combine comfort, style and speed. She was built in 2003. She's also 25 foot wide, providing a very stable ride and plenty of deck space.

She is fitted with an aluminum fixed awning for protection from the sun and the occasional tropical shower. The uncluttered decks with wide walkways make her a safe vessel for children.

Chameleon's spacious dining area seats ten plus in comfort around a most impressive table constructed from light ash timber with contrasting Western Red Cedar inlays over a balsa core epoxy base.

Race Schedule

January 4th/5th - Race briefing, clearance formalities and an opening party

January 6th - STAGE 1 - Phuket to Port Blair, Andaman Islands

January 9th/16th - Free time to explore the Andaman Islands

January 17th -STAGE 2 - Port Blair to Phuket

January 20th - Party and race awards ceremony in Phuket
