This is a list of our available sea kayaking and other tours. You can join these kayaking trips or we can run a separate trip for you. We can run most trips with as few as two people. If you don't see what you want here, just drop us an email and let us know what you want.  We'll do our best to make it happen! 

We don't just do scheduled kayaking trips.
                           

We can run a day trip almost anytime you wish.

We offer Phang Nga Bay kayaking day trips and Koh Yao Noi mountain biking day trips on request. We offer a rock climbing day trip to an area near Phang Nga Town. This is a non-touristy destination. You have the option of an overnight trip here too.

Check out our newly improved (extended) river kayaking trip on the Sok River. This river kayaking trip is suitable for anyone who enjoys a very relaxed pace in peace and quiet.

PaddleAsia, where price meets quality

We have a fleet of very high quality traditional decked kayaks. We don't use cheap Ocean Kayak (brand name) or FeelFree sit-on-top boats like our competitors. We are real kayakers - we use real kayaks. Our kayaks are imported into Thailand, so in addition to the high price of quality kayaks, we have to deal with steep duty fees. And, in order to have enough boats to be able to fit each tour guest with a kayak that suits her/his body size, we have to have a large variety of styles and sizes. Our paddles are also high quality.

Even if you've never paddled a real sit-inside kayak, you can paddle one of these. Our kayaks are more stable than most sit-on-tops and they are infinitely more efficient, meaning you don't have to paddle as hard as you would on a sit-on-top.

We are an expedition company. We do day trips on request. That means that we don't have daily income. It would be considered 'selling out' if we resorted to running day trips on a daily basis just so we'd have steady money coming in. Doing the same thing day after day gets to you after a while. Enthusiasm naturally dwindles. It becomes a 'job' and that's a bad word at PaddleAsia!

We also offer mountain biking day trips on Koh Yao Noi in Phang Nga Bay. This is both a fun day or cycling as well as a nice way to see a very special, culturally-intact island. Click on the button to the right.

We spend a lot of time and money on guide training and certification. PaddleAsia guides are some of the only guides in Thailand who are trained to international standards (by international organizations). Here is proof of certification. First Aid training from local hospitals is certainly useful, but can't compare to the more comprehensive internationally recognized progams that our guides go through, especially the courses that are focused on outdoor-specific training. And, absolutely nothing can compare to the amount of experience we all have.

Note: due to mass tourism, we're unfortunately saying goodbye to Trang and Tarutao. Sorry you missed both of these destinations back in the 'good old days'. They will be missed. We may still offer some Trang trips during the low season for experienced paddlers only. The thundering masses aren't there during the low season. The islands are still very attractive, the water is still very clear and it's well-worth visiting during the summer months...but only if you like to paddle long distances in potentially bumpy seas.
